1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EMI Guard, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use EMI Guard for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in EMI Guard
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of EMI Guard, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. License Usage

EMI Guard operates on a license-based model. Each device managed through the system consumes one license. You are responsible for:

  • Purchasing sufficient licenses for your business needs
  • Managing license usage within your account
  • Understanding that licenses are non-refundable once used

5. Payment Terms

For services that require payment:

  • All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
  • Payments are due as specified in your service agreement
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Ensuring that your use of EMI Guard does not violate any third-party rights
  • Backing up your data regularly

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use EMI Guard:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • To transmit any malicious code or viruses
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
  • To interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • For any illegal or unauthorized purpose

8. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Eduzere Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Eduzere Technologies, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
